The Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs offered at SWIHA are designed to support those who wish to deepen their personal spiritual connection while mastering the principles and practice of yoga. Blending the highest intentions of Eastern & Western philosophy and practice, our life-changing programs guide students through a deep exploration of the roots, practice, and development of yoga as a path to self-realization.
Our Yoga Teacher Training program and curriculum are unlike any other in the country! We are one of the very few nationally accredited schools that offers students the option of taking a YTT program independently OR alongside a larger holistic-centered program like Massage Therapy.
Our students may be eligible for Federal financial aid for Yoga-integrated programs and both our 600 & 800-hour YTT diploma programs. Title IV Financial Aid is available to those who qualify. Learn more here.
All of our diploma programs, including the 200, 600, and 800 hour Yoga Teacher Training, allow successful graduates to become registered as Yoga teachers through the internationally-recognized Yoga Alliance® Organization.
Mission of Unity Yoga: Unity Yoga strives to teach an authentic expression of yoga with a transformational approach, honoring a diversity of practices and belief systems. Our program is based on the principle that yoga is a unifying tool for creating health, well-being and a deep spiritual connection. Our commitment is to provide structure, yet educational freedom, so all may find their own truth, while incorporating a ‘living yoga’ approach to their lives.
Life as a Yoga Teacher!
Becoming a successful Yoga Instructor involves more than just completing a training program and obtaining accreditation. That’s why SWIHA offers a full-service Success Center, where all graduates receive our life-long commitment of job placement assistance, entrepreneurial coaching, resume assistance, and full licensing support.
